1- You'll be in same department for your whole life which restricts you from exploring new things you could learn from other work functions. 2- Inbound is unstable & could lead to layoffs at any point, but it's not something to worry about if you're having good stats and working honestly.

Likes

Company work culture is really good. Initial days where not good but then it went smooth. Best leave policy. Almost 45 leave per year and weekend off.

Dislikes

10-20% managers are not that good in whole Congruex. They really push engineers to sit extra hours to complete the targets. 80% of managers are good.
