Nothing, This company is just a show-off. Everything is pirated, including Microsoft Office Outlook. All work is carried out on WhatsApp and calling, with no systems, processes, or appropriate work culture. It's a boisterous work environment with abusive practices.

I do not think that any sensible person would go for this company until and unless he is jobless from couple of month. There is nothing to like.

No promotion to any one. Even you get promoted in this company, there is meaning of it. You feel like you have been demoted. This is a complete family business , so work ethics, no regulation, no HR policy, only Baniyagiri. They will give you only 6 days leaves in entire year, but they will give you LWP a lot, just because you were 1 second late. They will give you salary on 10th of the month only, and that too if you manager approves your salary. Everything is worse here. They take your personal mobile phone at entrance and only allowed to take with you after office hrs. Shit management who abuses I literally means they use curse words to there employees. If you get 1 min late to the office they make stand outside the entrance gate for like 15 mins and write your name in their sheet and deduct salary.
