Company is big but there is no career development policy,no training and development,no appraisal policy.branding policy is good dealer Deployment policy is good but there is no sustainable policy.

Dealers deployment policy is good but there is no business development policy. management is less bother of our and dealers issues.there is job training and staff skills development policy. HR policy is very poor.
