This is a complete family business , so work ethics, no regulation, no HR policy, only Baniyagiri. They will give you only 6 days leaves in entire year, but they will give you LWP a lot, just because you were 1 second late. They will give you salary on 10th of the month only, and that too if you manager approves your salary.
