ALDS VC & My Senior are very supportive. Build New relation with various Government Department Officer due to Liasioning work. Still company Deduct near about 50% salary under Covid reason. No Growth. No PF & Other Facility.

Dislikes

Management not asking down line team member about any activity. They only given target & asking about result. Not given time for preparation. Account Department not Clear Claim. Every month call & remember about outstanding claim payment.

Company is big but there is no career development policy,no training and development,no appraisal policy.branding policy is good dealer Deployment policy is good but there is no sustainable policy.

Dealers deployment policy is good but there is no business development policy. management is less bother of our and dealers issues.there is job training and staff skills development policy. HR policy is very poor.
