Work Life balance -Pathetic minimum 12 Hrs working time for accounting staffs in Cochin (In month end and month starting days it may got up to 16-18 Hrs) . Salary- Low while Compared with other dealerships. Managers- Like dictators, treat employees as slavees Leaves-Company allows Sick/Casual/Earned Leaves, But Managers not approve any of these , if anybody takes without prior approval they were transferred to long distance locations.... As my opinion Concorde is a good company.i was worked there for 5 years.at the time working period I can attend many of training at RTC and CTC including plants..
