Dislikes

The whole management is spoiled. Every single colleague is unprofessional. They don’t know how to speak properly. Rude behaviour towards newbie and as well as their own candidates. They expect to speak in English but not a single worker there can speak in English. They just expect. They told everyone that there is no target but after some time they start giving target. but there work culture and work environment is so bad, so much work pressure they give to there new joine they don't provide on job training to freshers. Specially Mahima she is very unprofessional, she has no sense how to talk with there colleagues and seniors always being frustrated one and gives tension to others.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
