Seriously, at this time, there is nothing that i can like about convergys. Few People have made it the worst one .

Dislikes

They (Management) dont care about the one who is working for them. For Them, it just an HEAD. On the basis of some false statements, they can even give you incentives in negatives. They have 'N' number of ways to put you in Trouble. I worked there for so long. and Convergys is not the same as it was earlier. So please sit idle at home for few months rather than joining this company.
