The concentrix and there third party consultancy, that both are so bad. They only waste your time. My joining was on 12th july but due to there cab, I couldn't join the office. So is this my mistake or company's mistake? Tell me! I was waiting on location but the cab was not on location, so i will go there to search cab where is that. only making fool to persons and disturbing them a lot. the concentrix has totally disturbed me with this activity. The concentrix employee call for sending document but after that say to consultancy for other process or other joining date. The concentrix employees had called me for sending documents yesterday and now today, they are telling you have to join other process of work. What the hell is this? Now, concentrix offering me less salary to join there. am i mad? So, have you done all this till now to waste my time. After that about the concentrix employees, they are higher than the company. They never accept their mistake on the contrary and make you wrong. Management at concentrix is not partial to anyone. It was my first job. People were very helpful. It is actually an employee centric company, The company grooms each and every person there and train them like their own child. I was lucky to be the part of it.

There is nithing like that, each and every person is supportive here. Be it trainer, supervisor, manager, ops mgr, Quality, Dp or hr.
