There is only one project Gemini.. which the chine team governs.. if they think you are not productive they will put you in pip.. and hence separation.. For small issues they will point it out and hence the escalation. The manager and associate director and tech lead are nearly a puppet.. they won’t support you and more over to please china people they will speak against you. There's no discrimination. They treat people equally. Most important thing is they don't delay any payment. In this field for a fresher I feel concentrix is best to start. Work culture and management is good. At least they listen to your opinion.

Rachael the ops manager doesnt have humanity even if the employee is sick and crying or on the verge to die i would say they dont have empathy and they try and teach empathy . Very bad behaviour and i would say no standards or class either. Poor !

Gurgaon CNX is good but Noida CNX is the worst.

Concentrix is good but only for Gurgaon the process which is in Noida sector 127 is tha worst process of CNX the management is pathetic. I will never recommend to anyone.
