2% hike is all they give The manager makes your life a hell if you don’t follow her instructions blindly Micromanaging at its peak as the manager does not like team interaction at all. She believes in divide and rule She only needs ppl who listen to her and not use their brain at all No work to help you grow professionally

Rachael the ops manager doesnt have humanity even if the employee is sick and crying or on the verge to die i would say they dont have empathy and they try and teach empathy . Very bad behaviour and i would say no standards or class either. Poor !

Gurgaon CNX is good but Noida CNX is the worst.

Concentrix is good but only for Gurgaon the process which is in Noida sector 127 is tha worst process of CNX the management is pathetic. I will never recommend to anyone.

Great Visionary from Top management… Great place to work .. Company which does many CSR activities with out any expectations.. Out standing help and support given to employees and Society in COVID. But very sad to say new Mid management is very bad not aligned with company culture.. No ethics No culture… their vision is to show power. Company failed to tech culture to the new directors .. especially people who joined after Covid.. Employees spend more then 10 years will definitely acknowledge my thoughts ..
