The most I like it's infrastructure and security system within the office means the office is surrounded by good technologies and no one can carry any kind of suspicious things inside the office that lead to make good environment within the office. But In term of salary, they are paying very less as per the work (like 9k, 10k) thatlead to demotivate the employees and no one is satisfy with that. Due to this the willingness of work of employees there putting down even the incentives programs is also not good there. The company is no doubt pretty good. But the branch where I have worked which is in Kolkata, they doesn’t follow any of the policy of the company. And they setup their own policies and rules. Lots of inner politics happens which ruins the work and performance of the employees for which they doesnt get things which they deserve.
