Its an Average to Good company to work with. As the Covid restriction are out now we have to work in a hybrid mode. Work life balance is good. As I have joined from its parent Company Tech Mahindra so my first appraisal is still due. Will come to know in a month or so.

It has only 4 offices in India - Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon and Bhubaneshwar. So it has to depend on Tech Mahindra offices for other locations like Pune, Hyderabad, Nagpur etc. People from Tech Mahindra at other locations like Nagpur, Kolkata who joined Comviva face difficult to work if they do not allow to work from its parent company Tech Mahindra.
