Nothing. It used to be a good place now the culture is not the same. All the tags of ‘Great place to work’ they have laid up are paid off.

Dislikes

Bad working culture. Fire people who are on third party people once they are done using them to their advantage like they mean nothing. HR head is good for nothing. The whole department is corrupt. The treatment is unfair specially towards women.

You cant change roles and project internally even if you have skills and you want to learn new .This policy is only on paper . Super agressive clients like Airtel Africa and they have set unrealistic expectations for employee where Comviva management also supports this.

Company culture is good. Can take leaves very often without any pain

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor 👎👎👎👎 they expect you to work day and night 7 days a week 24*7 all day night eat with laptop go to washroom with laptop. Do not expect to have any life outisde of work. They’ll call at unexpected hours and even when you are on leave.
