Due to too much workload. You get to learn new things but it is very limited.

Dislikes

They expect you to work 24*7 daily and there is client emergency daily for the team and you are treated as a labour. No weekends off. Workload is too much. Leads have no technical or even management skills. Because of poor management there is too much work pressure and workload on daily basis even for freshers. Managers are pretty biased.
