Worst company, please dont join this company based on TechM name. Nothing to do with learning, only people with long tongue can survive. Managers and HR are pathetic, lost my mental peace. They are not even letting you go even after resigning.

From the infrastructure perspective, being a Tech Mahindra company may appeal to you but there may not be anything else to attract you.

Well, where do I begin with this gem of a company? At Comviva, it's a common sight to see every third person holding a Director or VP title. Newcomers typically enter the organization close to the Manager level. So, if you've ever dreamed of a workplace where titles are handed out like candy on Halloween, it is exactly that organization. Actually, there is nothing to worry about here because when it comes to deadlines, there's no need to stress. Tasks can easily be postponed until tomorrow, or even later, allowing for a relaxed work life without the pressure of urgent delivery. There is nothing called URGENT here. Just pick any excuse from the endless buffet of lame excuses. Follow-ups? Who needs 'em? Follow-ups on progress are minimal, and missing important calls are often excused, allowing employees to spend years one after another in this organization without any struggle. Competency development? Well, competency development is really not required and looked for, as promotions are handed out bigheartedly, regardless of any actual skill development. And that’s the reason, the pay is not commensurate to the high designation offered for most of the employees here. Comviva may not be the best fit for those who prioritize productivity and quality, as processes seem to be implemented merely for show. So, those who value productivity and quality, steer clear. You can be living your retired life while working here and just act like you are working.

Lot of VP's and senior management are not qualified and have a very sarkari attitude and poor team management and appraisals. Only if you are the bosses chamcha you may get a promotion. Some senior management don't know basics as well andmake teams suffer. Silent layoffs

Good learning opportunity for freshers.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and favouritism. If you are close to manager(hardwork doesn’t matters) , you will get good ratings , promotions and hike. Even the HR person will not support you and you will be targeted with unrealistic deadlines and micromanagement . So if you have other offer, pls try to avoid.

One think that I dislike about Comviva is the rating which is given to employee is already fixed by the management. Due to this it is directly effected to our promotion cycle and salary hikes.

Company culture is good. Can take leaves very often without any pain

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor 👎👎👎👎 they expect you to work day and night 7 days a week 24*7 all day night eat with laptop go to washroom with laptop. Do not expect to have any life outisde of work. They’ll call at unexpected hours and even when you are on leave.
