Likes

Company work very well on documentation, modern tools like Atlassian bitbucket, Jira, Confluence. Work culture is good, employees have good bond together. In my working (10 years approx.) no salary delay.

Job security - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

- No proper process of appraisal is there, every time you have to negotiate with management for that. - Customer is king, if customer you are working for says anything it's true for company. If customer says the person is not performing well, company will say you, you are not performing well. Even if you are working since long longtime, and you made lots of their customers happy. They don't want to understand the reason behind comment from customer. - Company is loosing talent rapidly....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
