documentation (paper ) only speaks which is most of the time false information entered. Working hours are more than 12 hours , only sweet words not as per document. Less coordination , no freedom on speech

Dislikes

Lack of professional approach from the management, no appreciation from management, fake commitments & loose talks given by Management representatives. Training is just on paper no actual training's provided.
