Only good thing about working here is that clients are awesome. They support us a lot.

Dislikes

1. It run by the state head if you are in his good books you can profit and get good compensation. Otherwise no one respects you or you don't get any bonus and/or compensation. 2. It's not a good place for girls to work in. People are not at all professional towards the women work force. 3. There is only one female manager. There are no opportunities given if you are from a different region in the country like if you are working in south and you are not from south. 4. Lot of politics is involved since everything even the smallest of decision is taken by state head only....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Company has a good work life balance and job security is almost equal to a government job, they don’t take you out of the job unless until you are breaching any important policies
