I was happy working at Compass, but after I resigned, they informed me that my salary would be credited 45 days later. However, it was credited after 80 days. Because of this delay, I faced many issues. I called the concerned people several times, but they did not respond, nor did they answer my calls. As a result, I had to take loans. Company has a good work life balance and job security is almost equal to a government job, they don’t take you out of the job unless until you are breaching any important policies
