-Advanced systems -Hybrid working environment -Excellent leave policy -Good office Infrastructure -Good perks

Dislikes

-Office politics on top -No growth or slow growth unless you are very close to your Manager/Director -No cross functional trainings -Micromanagement by few team leaders -Ethics trainings are just on paper -No overtime benefits if you are working extra than your normal working hours -Unnecessary spending’s showcasing employee engagement -No value to professional degree holders (CA/CMA)

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
