Job security was very risky,Work culture was very, Management was new , Company policies was now creating.MD

Dislikes

It's a newly one project for a company.Technically they are not so enough good to smoothly run a project. Not easily trust on VP and key person.

Not so much safe and good enough due to very short length of service.
