Work life balance is one good thing to say, and opportunities to learn and work in new technologies. You will get your variable pay more than 100%.

There is no WFH allowences, No furniture for WFH. Some activities remind you as like being in service company.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
