They are a European conglomerate, trying to move their software development in India. They talk a lot about culture and how they emphasize more on people. Most of their software development was outsourced to Vendors in Belgium, which they are trying to bring in house. Indian leadership has very little say in decision making and Belgium leadership and people thinks of Indian team as inferior to them.
