Manager should appraise the team member oftenly,for his work ,so that he keeps motivated. Here manager itself tires to showoff that he is good with his team,pushing team to work. But manager don't appraise them or have concern about there health. Management is not good ,from both ascending and descending order.

Since it is a startup company learning can be great. TECHNICAL People(not management) who work there are good and from them one can learn a lot.

Everything... Poor management : 1. They over hired 16 freshers from IITs and laid of 10 of them because they did not had any work to offer and lack of funding (Why hire in first place ??). 2. There is no proper management for reporting the work, Half of the time gets consumed in reporting to multiple peoples such as manager who assigned the work, manager who overlooks everything, guy above all this should have transparency so report to that guy also(you are wasting paid employee time). 3.
