Colleagues, management is very supportive. Not much work load or deadline kind of thing. Work life balance is very good.

Worked very hard for 9 years as being a Operator later joined management through Internal Job Posting and work load became normal to me by becoming a Production Assistant, but tater again suffered a lot because of employees formed Union.
