Even after working for more than what is required I still didn't get the chance to fulfill my dreams and got terminated. Such a worst company culture and they don't care about how we employees feel during the work.

All about employees wellbeing. *Ethics & complaint system is followed here, which brings all employees in equal level . every employee have to follow . Ultimately all,from manager to lower level employee. treated equally. Suggestion other organisations to be followed same "ethics and compliance system " Time flexible & team play ( That mainly depends on manager )
