People really keep high expectations of us and will remove you when you don't meet them. Even after working for more than what is required I still didn't get the chance to fulfill my dreams and got terminated. Such a worst company culture and they don't care about how we employees feel during the work.

Ultimately all,from manager to lower level employee. treated equally. Suggestion other organisations to be followed same "ethics and compliance system " Time flexible & team play ( That mainly depends on manager )
