Need to fight continuously in explaining the issues, the management needs to have technical knowledge too. The saying one Collins is just in words in actual it is not. Few domains have micro management. Only few people gets chance for learning on new technologies.

Ultimately all,from manager to lower level employee. treated equally. Suggestion other organisations to be followed same "ethics and compliance system " Time flexible & team play ( That mainly depends on manager )

As an organisation it's good company to work. I liked the flexibile hours to work. Along with work they focus on cultural events too.
