No job security,work life balance is very difficult. Too much of politics. More than 10 years old employees are working. They never allow new joiners to grow and the way of treating the employee is very worst.no flexible time.

Ultimately all,from manager to lower level employee. treated equally. Suggestion other organisations to be followed same "ethics and compliance system " Time flexible & team play ( That mainly depends on manager )
