I work in project management, always client facing job. I had to manage client so that they should not escalate to Colliers. Otherswise salary will be on time.

Only one thing good is that salary will be on time and does not get delay.

There is no balance in work and family,always site timeings are very late and if you ask for leaving early .there will be retaliation from the manager and they will play lot many politics and try to remove u.
