Only one thing good is that salary will be on time and does not get delay.

Dislikes

There is no balance in work and family,always site timeings are very late and if you ask for leaving early .there will be retaliation from the manager and they will play lot many politics and try to remove u.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
