Project manager should be made to pass PMP certificate mandatory orelse they are not fit to handle team below them. Payscale is not standard for less experienced low performers good pay and hard workers demotivational pay scale

Dislikes

Company is good but project manager are not worth to handle team .any circumstances project manager should not compromise on company standards or else no point of working as clients pawn or stamp
