To be very honest it's nothing, everything is just politics and they are very much. The HR is good very good I can say the only good thing in this organisation.

Dislikes

They don't have any structure to follow, no senior to talk to or report to for anything. It's just one person i.e Arjun and he is supper moody person and always talks about salary justification. He makes the environment toxic and he ll also make you question up your worth and abilities. Not a place to look for a long term growth in terms of values and monetory as well....Read More

Cheap work culture, they negotiate salary saying they offer a no-politics work environment, actually the opposite is true. They hire people with false promises in season and fire under false pretexts, off season.

Dislikes

Toxic management, no adherence to labor laws, if you work only nine hours a day, then this is not the place for you. The culture is of sycophancy. They hire in a frenzy from August onwards, preying on young freshers, then make them slog all hours and fire them January onwards, once the utility is done. .
