To be very honest it's nothing, everything is just politics and they are very much. The HR is good very good I can say the only good thing in this organisation.

Dislikes

They don't have any structure to follow, no senior to talk to or report to for anything. It's just one person i.e Arjun and he is supper moody person and always talks about salary justification. He makes the environment toxic and he ll also make you question up your worth and abilities. Not a place to look for a long term growth in terms of values and monetory as well.

Arjun Gholani he treats employees like we are his servants abuses gives bad words if you do any mistakes he abuses you . There's no job security in collegepond due to this arjun. Your job is depended on arjun's mood. At the time of appriasals he fires alot of employees before appraisals. everyone everything in the company is good expect Arjun Gholani he doesn't knows how to speak with employees anf how to treat employees the worst experience of my career was working in collegepond. No Job secruity, No Respect, nothing. even after working for them in thier events helping like lebours helped them in their all events which was not even my part of work. Still they don't value thier employees. If you like the ice cream specifically the candy & if you got the key of favoritism than you can sustain in this company. They claim to offer opportunities for growth, but honestly, you can't make any moves without Arjun Golani’s approval. He’s the CBO, and it feels like everything runs through him. It’s frustrating to have to depend on someone so controlling. Arjun himself is incredibly moody and unprofessional. I've never encountered a leader like him in my career. He’ll call you out in front of the entire office for the smallest mistakes, regardless of your role. It’s demoralizing and completely uncalled for. There’s also the issue of micromanagement. If you’re asked to come in early a couple of days, suddenly it feels like you’re being scrutinized. It's like they’re constantly watching your every move. And if you're not in Arjun’s circle, forget about working from home. That privilege seems reserved for a select few. Between the toxic culture, Asking for Salary Justification, and micromanagement, I honestly can’t recommend this company.
