If you like the ice cream specifically the candy & if you got the key of favoritism than you can sustain in this company. They claim to offer opportunities for growth, but honestly, you can't make any moves without Arjun Golani’s approval. He’s the CBO, and it feels like everything runs through him. It’s frustrating to have to depend on someone so controlling. Arjun himself is incredibly moody and unprofessional. I've never encountered a leader like him in my career. He’ll call you out in front of the entire office for the smallest mistakes, regardless of your role. It’s demoralizing and completely uncalled for. There’s also the issue of micromanagement. If you’re asked to come in early a couple of days, suddenly it feels like you’re being scrutinized. It's like they’re constantly watching your every move. And if you're not in Arjun’s circle, forget about working from home. That privilege seems reserved for a select few. Between the toxic culture, Asking for Salary Justification, and micromanagement, I honestly can’t recommend this company.
