Low Salary ,Team lead doesn't have any language control .He just used to yell at us for no reason , has a abusing culture ,moreover he threaten us of firing us in our 6th week & also told us , how he can easy replace us with others . There is no Career growth or learning scope especially in the ops team of performance marketing. Poor Management , Micro-management , verbal-abuse, No clear plan or goal in 60% of the teams , No job security , Bad W/L , Bad office location. A few days ago , an employee mailed the entire office her story about getting laid off due to taking WFH due to an accident , with her manager highlighting how WFH was seriously a taboo around the place.
