Good Colleagues and seniors

Dislikes

Poor Management , Micro-management , verbal-abuse, No clear plan or goal in 60% of the teams , No job security , Bad W/L , Bad office location. A few days ago , an employee mailed the entire office her story about getting laid off due to taking WFH due to an accident , with her manager highlighting how WFH was seriously a taboo around the place.

The management is not focused on timings.

There's no scope of growth absolutely unless you're in sales but that too is a very long game. They keep hiring all the time which shows they don't trust their employees who work for them. The work space is somehow good with better facilities and people around.

Work culture, Hiring and firing, Posting irrelevant job description while hiring which causes a steep learning curve and affects individual's skill set.

Flexibility with working hours and leniency with checking in and checking out as long as visibility is there and work gets done on the expected date

Dislikes

No real identitiy of work culture, and focus is always on find the best possible cost saving solution, even if cutting corners. Also, job security is not ensured, as even without any performance issues, you could be laid off with less benefits than what is laid out in terms and agreement.
