Middle management is good. They let you work independently.

- Appraisals are almost negligible. Even when you have worked great and delivered "above-expectations" results, they don't increase your salary - Higher managements are terrible. They don't take logical descisions and force their ideas on you. Even when their ideas fail, they do not try out the logical method. Salary and appraisals are the worst thing

Counselling students and their parents to get better in future in getting good colleges.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance. You have be available always, cannot plan anything for the family. Salary is too less. No increment in last 2years. No job security is there. Even the oldest persons and senior management is being sacked any day instantly. No incentives are given as promised from last one year. Company culture is going down everyday.

There is no professionalism , no work culture No promotions, no hierarchy even they will start deducting your salary as a mandatory holiday….. abhi to ruko, abhi aur baaki hai. Chahe kitna bhi acha conversion ho season off hote hi apko nikala jaa sakta hai and reason puchne par khud HR head bolte hai ki company ke pass funds hi nahi h apko afford nahi kar sakte, agar team me theek se rehna h to managers ki ya leaders k kaam krte rho unko ghr se lana lejana chai paani sb unhe proper seat par dete raho aur uske bad bhi koi bharosa nahi wahi manager apko kbhi b beech floor par kuch b ant shant bol sakta hai. Company ke koi working hours hi nahi hai office timing 11-12 hrs ki shift krni hi padegi wo bhi without weekoff before 15 days, chahe ap bimar ho ya ghr par koi mara ho Page kam padh jayenge yaha but is company ki burai khatam nahi hongi. Company don't have fund. Last 2 years there is no appraisal even they have not paid incentives to there employee. In the admission season have to work 11-12 hr with no weekoff. Only 1 or 2 weekoff allowed in month. Politics are on high level. If u know how become favourite of ur senior only u can serwive here. The good thing is ifu not get laid off after season then u will get rest in the company for 2 month...Read More

One of my friend is there !! Actually he is doing his job from several years!! He is asking paid leaves and unpaid leaves but all the times his manager named - Mrs. Sharma always denied for leaves !! And no salary increment is there and salary is deducted without any reason no one had reason .. after asking so many time what the reason behind deduction .. she said we had no specific reason !! I like one thing only that if you complete your target then you can take leaves and everyone will support you and after season time like from October to feb month you can enjoy of 5 days shift..there is no growth and opportunities like promotions sallery increment all these things

HR, leave without pay policy, they dont have Over time pay policy but deduct money even if you login 1 min less in sales process. Hold incentives for upto 3 years. Hire and fire policy. No learning, no during the job training l, no transparency, 6th floor is India and 7th floor is pakistan treat to aise hi karte hai
