One of the worst organization to work with. There is no work timings, you are made to extend your shift to 2 hours without any reason and the management there is pathetic. They do not have any civilized work culture, employees there are abused and treated like animals.

Job training was not provided and time shift was exceded to about 11 hr about inspite of working hours were 9 hr including break.

It is unlike other companies in the Industry. The work culture is different. You justify your work and you go home. Sadly people expect any employer would pay for sitting idle and not doing anything at work. No employer pays without work few companies chuck you out in next 2-3 months without performance. Your job is secured till the time you work, which is reality.

Nothing as such. It was difficult to get leaves years back but they are improving on everything.
