I want to take time to thank the organisation for giving me an opportunity to work here. I have completed my 3 years of service where I have learnt and grown as an individual. It's a good retail store with no pressure on sales with targets and you get to learn everything involved in store operations. The atmosphere I found was cordial and friendly. Each employee has a certain set of tasks which they handle, at many times we had to multitask through which I believe I have learnt to handle things to the best of my ability. The only thing I liked about working here was that after your work ends , we never had to take work back to home .

Dislikes

There is no proper guidelines shared with when u first join the company . Definitely no career growth. Work-life balance is very mediocre because sometimes you have to work for 10-12 days straight . You only get one day week off . The work environment is very different because you get put under lot of emotional stress Which is not related to you work .

Work Details

My work at Collage has been very eye opening because I have never worked at a place where u get blamed not only when you do something wrong but also when it’s not your fault. You can’t take leave even when you are sick .
