I want to take time to thank the organisation for giving me an opportunity to work here. I have completed my 3 years of service where I have learnt and grown as an individual. It's a good retail store with no pressure on sales with targets and you get to learn everything involved in store operations. The atmosphere I found was cordial and friendly. Each employee has a certain set of tasks which they handle, at many times we had to multitask through which I believe I have learnt to handle things to the best of my ability. I had an experience of both back and front end retail. The merchandising part I had interaction with the designers that has helped me understand what works.

Small businesses are run very emotionally and not professionally. Wrong is wrong and right is right. The area of counseling certain rouge elements to Make them feel better about their crimes is not there. This is a clean organization that pays on time And help where it can but it's unprepared for certain toxic people and their unjustified demands.

I am working here on a part time basis from the time the store started. it has been bought to my attention by a new joiner about a certain post by a very unscrupulous employee. who chooses to write on a platform as there is no legal truth to her claim. she was caught with forged documents and collectively the management had decided to call her out and issue a letter for a promise not to indulge in such activities. However she never returned the papers and subsequently a complaint was taken up as advised legally against her for duplication of signatures. Due to which a lot of malicious remarks are being made, another concerned employee mentioned she has used company letterheads as experience letters and forged signatures . this candidate used the stores name on various social platform and has "linked" for experience but goes on to another platform to malign. There is further action being taken for cyber bullying and forgery as she continues to edit her posts.

The only thing I liked about working here was that after your work ends , we never had to take work back to home .

There is no proper guidelines shared with when u first join the company . Definitely no career growth. Work-life balance is very mediocre because sometimes you have to work for 10-12 days straight . You only get one day week off . The work environment is very different because you get put under lot of emotional stress Which is not related to you work .
