It used to be the BEST in everything. Now they only promote who is close to their leaders, who licks their toes. Performance does not matter. Even when they are laying off employees every other month, the non performers with bad habits are able keep their job. The leadership is absolutely pathetic. My experience working with Coin DCX was not very pleasant, the company policy are employee centric, like the have unlimited sick leave and other benefits are very good But it depends on your immediate boss who was an ******* didn't get any support from HR or any other team so in nutshell no matter how much they display they are employee centric but at the end of fbe day it's like any other corporate sh**t Even though it's a Fintech company the systems they use are outdated and coz of which end Users ( Customer) suffers and eventually employees also No job stability coz it's still a start up and crypto has no future in India So bottom-line, only opt for this company if you HV no other option...Read More

It's a startup organisation. Job security was total 0 (zero). Recently coindcx started laying off employee 100+, And i am also one of them. But organisation was denied this because of company market reputation. They give new name for this (Restructuring) bussiness unit.
