Liked to work with my team they all are helpful, open minded. And like the hyabrid work system.

Dislikes

It's a startup organisation. Job security was total 0 (zero). Recently coindcx started laying off employee 100+, And i am also one of them. But organisation was denied this because of company market reputation. They give new name for this (Restructuring) bussiness unit.

Work policy: Mostly work from home only if any team related activities if manager wants to do then we visit at office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
