Speaking from my experience, if you are good in your routine chores, considering your overall work performance, you will be rewarded with many new responsibilities. So, there are no less opportunities in this company, only the thing is that you need to be capable of them.

Not all get newer roles and responsibilities to explore, only those being best in their job, get it. So, yes, if you need to experience such opportunities, you too need to work really hard on your craft and be among the best. That’s all. We have referral awards, long service awards, annual CEO awards and few more. I find these rewards offering a motivational factor to one. I think it this way.

Like I am a part of the marketing team and we do have meetings while sipping coffee and having pastries. It is a routine thing done for team building. I have seen the tech team have dinners and order pizza in menu. Such practices encourage togetherness is what I think. Grt !

No Work life balance. They don't have proper planning and proper communication between teams. They don't treat you as humans. They will hire you and fire you whenever they want without proper reason. They don't even pay salaries on time and some times you won't even get full salaries.

What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not...Read More

No work life balance No proper management and planning of project, departments so the company is in loss as I must say. Otherwise they have excellent software and platform and they can master in industry.
