Here we often have meeting to talk about project stuff and how we work. Sometimes these meetings go on for a while, but our seniors make sure we stay active by providing coffee and pastries. It helps us feel more relaxed and not tired during meetings. Also, many times, our seniors treat us to team dinners and pizza. I feel it's all about making everyone feel comfortable and as one team. Sometimes, you might need to work extra hours because of urgent or uncertain work situations.

Office space is amazing. You won't feel like working in an upsetting environment. We have a library facilities, those who love reading can spend some time in the library for refreshment. Again, we have unlimited chai and coffee, no restrictions, you can have it as per your preference, and the best is the amazing view of sunsets in Mumbai, I personally enjoy it a lot.

Recently. our leaves have been made limited to 24 days a year. Previously, there was no limitation over it.

There is so much to do and thus expand your capabilities. Free hand is extended by the top leadership along with their support. Such backing builds the confidence. I happen to exchange notes and have discussions with the fellow managers. It is a learning process and we are reachable for each other. Nothing to like, don't come to cogoport, they will ruin your career.

Dislikes

No Work life balance. They don't have proper planning and proper communication between teams. They don't treat you as humans. They will hire you and fire you whenever they want without proper reason. They don't even pay salaries on time and some times you won't even get full salaries.

What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not...Read More

You will get to learn more as there is nobody to guide you and if you stick to learning you will get expert in just six months.

No work life balance No proper management and planning of project, departments so the company is in loss as I must say. Otherwise they have excellent software and platform and they can master in industry.
