If you are looking to get excess knowledge and skills of your field, I would recommend working here. Yes, it’s my honest recommendation. Other than the work exposure that you get here, we also have few employee engagement activities for refreshment. Everyone takes part in it with their interest. We have a library facility as well. in my spare space, I make use of this facility. I like reading and it interest me a lot. Getting a wonderful professional work experience. I joined this place just after my academics, and today, I feel, I took the right decision for my career. I get to work on my craft. Also, I got an opportunity to advance my career through the online courses from the best universities which they offered. I have found it much effective. I definitely with no doubt recommend working here.

Now that’s great for us. Last month only I took the wfh option bcoz of some personal reasons. Of course I had to take prior permission and approval from the seniors. The purpose was served in the end for me. Thanks for continuing with this policy.

New joinees are offered good assistance for their relocation. Plus, management also conducts a comprehensive training session for such fresh joinees. So, you get absolute idea about the product, company, and your routine work.

Nothing to like, don't come to cogoport, they will ruin your career.

No Work life balance. They don't have proper planning and proper communication between teams. They don't treat you as humans. They will hire you and fire you whenever they want without proper reason. They don't even pay salaries on time and some times you won't even get full salaries.

What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not...Read More

You will get to learn more as there is nobody to guide you and if you stick to learning you will get expert in just six months.

No work life balance No proper management and planning of project, departments so the company is in loss as I must say. Otherwise they have excellent software and platform and they can master in industry.
