I cannot emphasize enough how dreadful my experience with Cogoport has been. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy.

Abysmal Work-Life Balance: Cogoport has absolutely no regard for work-life balance. They expect you to be at their beck and call 24/7, making it impossible to have any semblance of a personal life. No Proper Working Hours: Forget about a regular 9-to-5 job. Cogoport's working hours are erratic and unpredictable. You'll be left in the dark about when you can clock out, making planning your life outside of work nearly impossible. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Zero Job Security: Job security at Cogoport is non-existent</mark>. They have no qualms about terminating employees at the drop of a hat, leaving you in a constant state of uncertainty about your future. Sudden Termination: In my case, they decided to remove me from my position without any prior notice. One day I had a job, and the next, I was out on the street with no explanation. Failure to Provide FNF: When I was terminated, Cogoport failed to provide my Full and Final Settlement (FNF). This is not just unethical but also illegal in many places. I strongly advise against considering Cogoport as an employer. It's a place where your work-life balance, job security, and personal well-being are all thrown out the window.
