It's all about self learning as company is not able to refund adequate amount of your efforts as both form such as monetary or non-monetary. No one is able to support skills and knowledge everything is dependent over your own efforts and ability. Management doesn't have any prior information about their job position category too. I personally do spend more than one year in company in the hope to get better hype in career and company could provide me opportunity as per efforts that I had put on. Company always looking forward for their own sort of benefits and if you have any demand regarding your work they have simple answer that is do resign. Do join if youare able to work continuously without asking any questions because if you did they clear cut said to resign regardless of how many time you have spend it is either 2,3,4,5 years no one worked to retain anyone....Read More
