Culture: Netsolutions company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors, managers and employees are motivated, appreciate for efforts. Food : They have superb canteen facility and delicious food and quality of food. Infrastructure: Nice and huge building and all necessary equipment's and well organized.

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
